BABY & ME FITNESS

Classes are designed to be totally equipment-free, so just bring you, your little
one and your enthusiasm! This is an opportunity to bond with other mamas, and
do something fun and active with your baby. What to Expect: Diastasis Safe
intervals of low-impact cardio and body (and baby) resistance exercises,
postnatal-specific core work, stretching & relaxation.

We will spend 30 minutes sweating and the rest of the hour building our village
and discussing postpartum and motherhood. Ideal for mamas with babies
between birth and 18 months, but older children are always welcome.

Wednesdays at 8:30PM

Self care when you’re a busy mom is not optional for a happy life… for the whole family!  We’ll renew, revitalize and re-energize for the week by stretches to relieve tension, use mindfulness and meditation for relaxation, then connect with other mommas about our week to find solutions for common problems and feel heard, do an exercise to release any negativity and work on new habits to build resilience when things go sideways!
