Self care when you’re a busy mom is not optional for a happy life… for the whole family! We’ll renew, revitalize and re-energize for the week by stretches to relieve tension, use mindfulness and meditation for relaxation, then connect with other mommas about our week to find solutions for common problems and feel heard, do an exercise to release any negativity and work on new habits to build resilience when things go sideways!
