Get up, dance and sing, spin, laugh and be silly! We’ll use our imaginations and pretend, maybe stories with puppets, maybe ribbon dances! There will be games, and rhymes and large amount of fun and giggles, and then we’ll slow it down with some relaxation and mindfulness to end the class!
